Paris day #7

Non essendo esattamente il ritratto della salute in questo periodo, ho rimandato gli ultimi due post sul mio viaggio ad agosto a Parigi, che però ci tengo a finire di raccontare ;)
La mattina del sabato è stata dedicata a Montmatre, in cui abbiamo trovato un'atmosfera splendida. Infatti, una volta presa la funicolare, ci siamo trovati di fronte a Sacro Cuore. Dopo averla visitata, ci siamo inoltrati nel quartiere degli artisti, molto caratteristico, e ho visitato il museo di Dalì :D
Successivamente, siamo andati a Pigalle a vedere il Moulin Rouge, senza però inoltrarci nei quartieri a luci rosse, ahah!
Giunta ormai l'ora di mangiare, abbiamo consumato il nostro pranzo al sacco nei giardini delle Tuileries, dove ci siamo rilassati e rinfrescati un po' (è davvero il posto ideale) grazie ad un gelato e ad una granita.
Abbiamo poi continuato il nostro percorso visitando alcune tra le molte chiese importanti: Saint-Augustine, Saint-Merri, Saint-Trinité, ecc. Infatti a Parigi è possibile imbattersi dietro ad ogni angolo in qualche maestoso monumento o affascinante cattedrale.
Abbiamo passato il sabato sera tra il movimento e le luci del Quartiere Latino e finalmente ho assaggiato i Macarons.. che buoni! I miei gusti preferiti sono stati cocco e mirtillo ;)

In these period I've been sick, so I had to postpone my tell about my trip in August to Paris, which anyway I want finish to tell ;)
The Saturday morning has been dedicated to Montmatre, where we found a splendid atmosphere. Indee, once we took the cable runway, we arrived in front of Sacre Core. We visited it, then we went to the quarter of the artists, really typical, and there I could visit the Dalì Museum :D
Suddenly, we went to Pigalle to see the Moulin Rouge, but we didn't forwarded into the hard disrict, ahah!
It was lunch time and we decided to have it into the Tuileries Gardens, in which we relaxed and refreshed a bit (it is really the right place) thanks for an ice-cream and a slush.
Then carry on visiting some of the most important churches: Saint-Augustine, Saint-Merri, Saint-Trinité, etc. Indeed in Paris you can bump into great monuments and outstanding cathedrals.
We spent the Saturday night between the lights and the crowd in the Latin Quarter and finally I tasted Macarons.. loved them! My favourite has been the Coconut and the Blueberry ones ;)

Penso che Disneyland meriti un post a parte! Se visitate Parigi, non potete assolutamente non passare una giornata a questo parco, che diverte i bambini e fa ritornare piccoli chi ormai non lo è più :)

Appena arrivati, munitevi di cartina e scegliete l'area da cui volete iniziare. Le attrazioni aprono alle 10, ma fanno entrare già dalle 9:30. Conviene arrivare prima per mettersi già in coda per uno dei giochi più affollati, per evitare l'attesa in seguito. Un altro espediente per velocizzare le code è il Fast Pass: all'uscita di alcuni giochi selezionati trovate una macchinetta che vi farà prenotare il primo orario disponibile per accedere all'attrazione. Quindi, se trovate 45 minuti di coda e non volete aspettare, passate il codice del vostro biglietto in una macchinetta e riceverete un ticket che vi consentirà di accedere tramite una coda preferenziale in una determinata fascia oraria. Nel frattempo potete fare altri giochi, ma non potete prenotare altri Fast Pass in quel periodo (ovviamente potete servirvene una sola volta per attrazione).

In una giornata, così, siamo riusciti a fare tutte le attrazioni principali anche più di una volta, comprese quelle degli Studios.

Abbiamo approfittato infatti dell'offerta per i 20 anni del parco disponibile solo su Internet "un giorno due parchi" grazie alla quale abbiamo speso 59 € invece che 73 € e abbiamo potuto visitare anche i Disney Studios. L'ingresso solo a Disneyland invece costa 61 €, ma fare un salto anche all'altro parco merita davvero, soprattutto per i più grandi.

I think that Disneyland dares an apart post! If you visit Paris, you can't skip a day in this park, which is funny for children and makes the other ones back to their childood :)

When you arrive, let's take a map a choose the area you want to start with. The attractions open at 10, but you can enter from 9:30. Then you should arrive early to start the queue for one of the most crowded ones, to evitate a long queue later. An other expedient to speed up the waiting is the Fast Pass: at the exit of ome selected attractions you can find a machine which will let you book the first available time to join it.

Then, if there is a queue of 45 minutes and you don't want to wait, let's insert your enter ticket into the machine and you'll receive a ticket with which you'll can enter through a prferential entry in a given time band. In the meanwhile you can join other ones, but you can't book other Fast Passes in this period (obviously you can use it only once per attraction).

In a day, we managed to try all the main attractions more than once, included the ones in the Studios.

We took advantage from the offer for the 20 years of the park available only on the website "one day two parks" thanks to which we spent 59 €instead of 73 € and we could visit also the Disney Studios. The entrance only for Disneyland is 61 €, but a leap also to the other park is really worth, mainly for adults.
